Co-opBank undertakes to the Beneficiary to fulfill the financial obligations on behalf of the Principal (Co-opBank's customer) in the event that the Principal fails to perform or improperly performs the obligations committed under the letter of guarantee.
The customer has full legal and civil act capacity as prescribed by law and resides within the resides within the operational area of the Co-opBank branch.
The guaranteed obligation is a lawful financial obligation.
The guarantee arrangement is feasible.
Collateral owned by the customer or a third party is provided.
