Loan Eligibility
  • Legal entities established and operating in Vietnam, or foreign legal entities legally operating in Vietnam. 
  • Loan purpose must be lawful (e.g., supplementing working capital, paying employee salaries, etc.). 
  • A feasible capital usage plan is required.
Loan Application Documents
  • Capital usage plan (as per form). 
  • Legal documents (business registration certificate, charter, Board of Directors’ resolution, etc.). 
  • Documents proving the loan purpose. 
  • Documents related to savings books, deposit balances, and valuable papers. 
  • Other documents as required by Co-opBank.
