A loan facility designed to finance:

• The purchase of residential property; and/or 
• The acquisition of residential land use rights; and/or 
• The acquisition of land use rights and other assets attached to the land (with a Certificate of Land Use Rights, Ownership of Residential Property, and Other Assets Attached to the Land); and/or 
• Construction, renovation, or remodeling expenses expenses for personal and business purposes. 

• Vietnamese citizens aged 18 or above and not exceeding 65 years of age upon loan maturity. 
• A feasible financing plan. 
• Stable and lawful income sufficient to repay the loan. 
• Collateral in the form of assets financed by the loan or other assets owned by the borrower or a third party.

• Loan application/business plan (Co-opBank’s prescribed form). 
• Identity Card/Citizen Identity Card and proof of residence. 
• Documents evidencing repayment capacity. 
• Documents evidencing the purpose of the loan. 
• Documents relating to the collateral. 
• Other documents as required by Co-opBank.
