CFeAM is an account identification system developed by Co-opBank to centrally manage inbound cash flows to PCFs.

It empowers PCFs to actively design and assign account identification codes to single or multiple receivables based on their management purposes, characteristics, or criteria.

Fund transfers processed via identification codes are centrally posted and settled into the PCF’s current account maintained at Co-opBank.

Optimizing payment, fund transfer, and accounts receivable collection processes.

Managing cash flows centrally, transparently, and efficiently.

Enhancing the efficiency of accounts receivable management.

Providing visual reporting tools to support management and operations at PCFs.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Maintaining an active Vietnamese Dong (VND) current account at Co-opBank.
• Completing the registration and executing the CFeAM Service Agreement with Co-opBank.
• Agreeing to comply with the service terms and conditions as regulated by Co-opBank.

CFeAM Service Management System (Backend):

• Provided on a web-based platform tailored for PCFs.
• Enabling the configuration, management, and assignment of account identification codes based on specific receivables, target groups, or management criteria.
• Managing members, outstanding balances, and collection/payment transactions based on inbound cash flows to current accounts via identification codes.
• Supporting notification dispatch, payment reminders, and the generation of management and consolidated reports.

CFeAM Application for PCF Members (Mobile App)

• Provided on mobile devices for PCF members.
• Supporting the tracking of outstanding balances, receivables, and payment statuses.
• Enabling the management of identification codes and the generation of fund transfer QR codes linked to identification codes.
• Receiving notifications on balance fluctuations, payments, and updates from the CFeAM system.
