Digital Transformation: Bringing Banking Services Closer to the Public

In parallel with credit activities, digital transformation has become a key strategic focus for Co-opBank An Giang Branch. With a network of 41 PCFs across An Giang and Dong Thap, the Branch will further its role in capital intermediation and liquidity support, as well as expand syndicated lending models. Through these efforts, funding will be brought closer to the public and the grassroots economy.

Alongside credit operations, digital transformation and cashless payments will be key strategic areas targeted for acceleration, particularly through the PCF network and payment agent models. This goes beyond the mere modernization of banking services; it actively broadens financial inclusion for rural residents.

From supporting PCFs to partnering with businesses, cooperatives, and citizens, Co-opBank An Giang Branch is advancing toward a broader objective: channeling financial resources precisely where they are needed, fueling momentum for business operations, and contributing to the sustainable development of the locality.
