They also reviewed the 2025 Trade Union financial report and financial settlement, together with the 2025 revenue and expenditure of the Trade Union Social Fund and the Bank’s Gratitude Fund. In addition, the conference discussed four draft regulations on the organization, operations, and work procedures of the Co-opBank Trade Union, while providing feedback on the draft outline of the regulations on annual health check-ups.

During the first seven months of 2026, the Co-opBank Trade Union carried out various activities to improve the well-being of its members and employees and protect their legitimate rights and interests. The union also organized emulation movements linked to professional duties, Co-opBank’s corporate culture development, and digital transformation. In coordination with professional units, the Trade Union provided Tet support to more than 2,000 officers and members, with total funding of nearly VND 15 billion, and implemented the 2026 Health Care Insurance Package. Activities related to culture, sports, women’s affairs, and social welfare were carried out across the network, fostering a positive emulation spirit and strengthening solidarity among employees. Meanwhile, inspection and supervision were strengthened, with all 33 affiliated grassroots Trade Unions conducting peer reviews on Trade Union financial management.

On the occasion of the 79th War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day (27 July 1947 – 27 July 2026), the Co-opBank Trade Union organized visits and tribute activities for 261 family members of officers, Trade Union members, and employees who are revolutionary contributors. The activities demonstrated Co-opBank’s attention and gratitude toward families who have contributed to the country, thereby fostering the tradition of “When drinking water, remember its source” and promoting a sense of responsibility and solidarity across the system.

Notably, nearly 2,000 Co-opBank officers, Trade Union members, and employees participated in the 2026 Banking Sector Digital Transformation Competition, representing 89.3% of the bank’s workforce. With a proactive and creative spirit and strong engagement in digital transformation, the Co-opBank team won the “Digital Literacy for All” Award, helping promote learning spirit, strengthen digital skills, and encourage the application of technology among officers,  Trade Union members, and employees across the network.
