On 30 July 2026, the Co-operative Bank of Vietnam officially launched its new website at https://www.co-opbank.vn.

Designed with a focus on People’s Credit Funds (PCFs), the website features a modern, user-friendly and easy-to-navigate interface and serves as a comprehensive digital gateway connecting Co-opBank with PCF members, customers and visitors. This marks an important milestone in Co-opBank’s digital transformation roadmap in order to improve the quality of information delivery, optimize operational processes and enhance the value of services provided to the PCF network, members and customers.

As the bank of the PCF network, Co-opBank has consistently determined that all innovation efforts need to come from practical needs of its members. Therefore, more than just a change in interface, the new website reflects a transformation in the Bank’s approach to design and operations, putting the experience of PCFs and customers at its core. Business information, utilities and applications have been organized in a systematic and visual manner, enabling PCFs and customers to easily access, explore and effectively utilize them in their operations.

This PCF-centric focus is clearly reflected on the homepage where dedicated sections for the PCF network occupy the most prominent positions. Beyond underscoring Co-opBank’s role in accompanying, supporting, and serving the PCF network, this new design helps members quickly access key operational updates, regulatory guidelines, products and services, and specialized functional tools.

In particular, the launch of the new website comes at a significant time as Co-opBank prepares to celebrate the 31st Anniversary of its Establishment (5 August 1995 – 5 August 2026) and benefits from major policies and decisions from the Party, the State, the Government, and the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) aimed at strengthening the Bank’s financial capacity, laying a strong foundation for the new development phase of Co-opBank. On 14 July 2026, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 1279/QD-TTg to approve the state capital support policy for increasing Co-opBank’s charter capital. Subsequently, on 15 July 2026, the Governor of the SBV issued Decision No. 1634/QD-NHNN on the allocation of state capital support to increase Co-opBank’s charter capital by VND 5 trillion.

In line with the Scheme on “Comprehensive Restructuring of the People’s Credit Fund System and the Vietnam Cooperative Bank for the 2026–2030 period, with a vision to 2045”, Co-opBank is gradually perfecting its digital infrastructure and platforms, expanding interactive channels and providing services in a convenient, secure and efficient manner. These efforts will help enhance the quality of service and continue to reaffirm Co-opBank’s role in leading and supporting the PCF network in the national digital transformation process.
