On June 15, 2026, Co-opBank Lam Dong Branch and Co-opBank Dak Lak branch jointly organized a conference on the handover of responsibilities for supporting and assisting three PCFs, namely Thanh Duc PCF, Dak Mil Town PCF and Dak Nong PCF.
The conference was attended by Mr. Le Minh Dat – Director of Co-opBank Lam Dong Branch; Mr. Bui Ke Nguyen – Director of Co-opBank Dak Lak Branch; and several heads and deputy heads of departments from the two branches.
Also in attendance were members of the Boards of Directors, Boards of Management and Boards of Supervisors of the transferred PCFs.
The conference was organized to implement the policy of the Co-opBank Board of Directors regarding the adjustment and reorganization of management areas for PCFs, ensuring alignment with practical requirements and contributing to the enhancement of Co-opBank’s support and assistance activities as well as the effective performance of its functions and responsibilities toward the PCFs network.

In his opening remarks at the conference, Mr. Le Minh Dat – Director of Co-opBank Lam Dong branch, stated that the assumption of responsibility for the three PCFs transferred from Co-opBank Dak Lak branch was an important task entrusted by Co-opBank’s leadership. He affirmed that Lam Dong branch would continue to play its role as a focal point in supporting and accompanying the PCFs in banking operations, capital intermediation, the deployment of modern banking products and services, digital transformation initiatives, and the enhancement of governance, management and risk management capacity, thereby contributing to the development of a safe, efficient and sustainable PCFs network.
At the conference, Co-opBank Lam Dong Branch provided an overview of its organizational structure, functions and responsibilities, as well as the key contact points responsible for coordinating support, assistance and the performance of Co-opBank’s functions and responsibilities toward PCFs. Following the transfer of the three PCFs from Co-opBank Dak Lak Branch, the number of PCFs supported and overseen by Co-opBank Lam Dong branch increased from 25 to 28.
Representatives of Thanh Duc PCF, Dak Mil Town PCF and Dak Nong PCF also presented overviews of their operations and discussed several issues relating to operational coordination, professional support and future development orientations. According to reports presented at the conference, all three PCFs have maintained stable operations, complied with regulatory prudential ratios, and achieved growth in mobilized funds and outstanding loans in line with local conditions. In addition to focusing on improving credit quality, controlling risks and meeting members’ financing needs, the PCFs have actively coordinated with Co-opBank in capital intermediation, payment and funds transfer services, the utilization of banking products and services, and the implementation of technology-based solutions in their operations.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Bui Ke Nguyen – Director of Co-opBank Dak Lak branch, noted that the adjustment of management areas would contribute to enhancing the effectiveness of support, assistance and the performance of Co-opBank’s functions and responsibilities toward PCFs. Although the responsible branch would change, the common objective remains to support PCFs in operating safely, efficiently and sustainably. Mr. Bui Ke Nguyen also expressed his confidence that, with the support of Co-opBank Lam Dong branch, the transferred PCFs would continue to build on their strengths, improve operational capacity, expand the application of modern banking products and services, accelerate digital transformation, and achieve further positive results in the coming years.
One of the key highlights of the conference was the signing ceremony of the Minutes of Handover of Responsibilities for Supporting, Assisting and Performing Functions and Duties in Relation to Three PCFs between Co-opBank Dak Lak branch and Co-opBank Lam Dong branch, witnessed by leaders of the participating PCFs. The signing of the handover minutes marked the official completion of the transfer process, ensuring continuity in the management, support and accompaniment of PCFs in the area.
As part of the conference, delegates also exchanged views and discussed the operational performance of PCFs, future coordination between Co-opBank branches and PCFs, and measures to improve operational effectiveness. Many participants emphasized the importance of strengthening system-wide connectivity, expanding the use of Co-opBank’s products and services, promoting cashless payments, and applying digital technologies in PCF operations, thereby enhancing the quality of services provided to members and customers in local communities.
