During May and June 2026, Co-opBank Hai Duong Branch organized a series of working sessions with several People’s Credit Funds (PCFs) within its service area, including Thanh Tung, Sao Do, Thai Hoc, Tan Viet, Thanh Xa, Tien Dong, Cong Lac, and Gia Tan. The meetings focused on introducing and promoting the network’s key products and services, particularly digital transformation initiatives and syndicated lending solutions. These activities contribute to strengthening the operational capacity of PCFs, diversifying their product and service offerings, and better meeting the growing needs of their members and customers.

Promote Digital Transformation Across PCFs network

During the working sessions, Co-opBank Hai Duong Branch introduced, guided, and supported PCFs in implementing a range of modern digital banking products and services, including the Co-opBank Mobile Banking application, electronic customer identification and authentication (eKYC) solutions, Co-opBank Napas debit chip cards, debit card overdraft services, customized account numbers, Alias identification accounts, payment sound boxes…etc.

In addition, the Branch introduced core technology platforms supporting the digital transformation process within the system, including the CF-eBank Electronic Banking System, the Co-opBank CFeBiz digital banking application, the Payment Hub payment gateway system connecting the PCFs’ Core Banking systems with the CF-eBank Electronic Banking System, the CFeAM member identification service, and the CFe-PCF remote service initiation system for PCFs.

Through the working sessions, Co-opBank Hai Duong Branch and the PCFs reviewed implementation progress, discussed and addressed difficulties and obstacles, and agreed on coordination mechanisms for the coming period. The PCFs also expressed their interest in and commitment to jointly promoting the opening of payment accounts and expanding the customer base using Co-opBank’s digital banking products and services, thereby contributing to the development of a cashless payment ecosystem and enhancing customer experience.

Syndicated loan – A solution to expand credit provision capacity.

In addition to digital transformation initiatives, Co-opBank Hai Duong Branch discussed and implemented syndicated lending solutions between Co-opBank and PCFs. This is considered an effective solution to support PCFs in meeting financing needs for large-value loans that exceed the credit limits of individual institutions. The syndicated lending model not only helps retain strategic customers and expand customer service capacity, but also enables PCFs to access modern procedures and professional standards, thereby improving the quality of credit appraisal and credit management. At the same time, lending cooperation contributes to risk diversification, capital optimization, and enhanced operational efficiency for all participating parties. With their strong understanding of local conditions and close relationships with members and customers, the network of PCFs within the service area of Co-opBank Hai Duong Branch continues to play an important role as an effective provider of capital in rural areas. Co-opBank Hai Duong Branch is committed to continuing its support for PCFs in their digital transformation journey, strengthening governance capacity, and modernizing operations. At the same time, both parties will actively cooperate in developing banking and financial products and services, contributing to the safe and sustainable development of the PCFs network.
