In alignment with the digital transformation orientation of Vietnam’s banking sector set by the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV), the Co-operative Bank of Vietnam (Co-opBank) continues to uphold its role as the core institution in organizing, guiding, and supporting the People’s Credit Funds (PCFs) network in implementing digital transformation through a roadmap that is appropriate, safe, and effective.
As the “bank of the PCF network,” Co-opBank not only performs its capital balancing and banking service provision functions, but also gradually develops shared platforms and builds a digital ecosystem closely linked to the daily operational activities of PCFs. The implementation of Resolution No. 10/NQ-HĐQT-Co-opBank serves as a unified guiding framework, enabling PCFs to confidently pursue digital transformation in a synchronized and sustainable manner.
In this context, the CFeCenter system has been developed as a centralized digital support and connectivity hub dedicated to PCFs. CFeCenter functions as a “digital assistant,” receiving, coordinating, and supporting PCFs in their operational processes, product and service deployment, and addressing issues related to operations, procedures, and technology.

The system enables centralized receipt of requests through the eTicket function and priority internal communication channels, while allowing flexible access via web platforms and mobile devices. This ensures synchronized data updates and supports PCF officer in handling tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
In addition to direct support functions, CFeCenter is gradually being developed into a shared knowledge repository for the entire PCFs network. Practical operational cases and hands-on experience in handling emerging issues are collected, standardized, and shared, thereby enhancing overall capacity and minimizing risks in daily operations.
With a proactive, structured, and responsible approach to digital transformation, the CFeCenter system, together with the digital internal communication channel for PCFs (CFeNetwork), is gradually forming a unified and seamless bidirectional information flow between Co-opBank and PCFs. This platform serves as a channel for disseminating policies, guidelines, management directions, and new products and services, as well as for sharing best practices, effective models, and practical solutions from PCFs.
Digital transformation is not a race for technology, but a journey toward strengthening operational capacity, ensuring safety, and better serving the community. The core value of CFeCenter lies not in technology itself, but in trust—the trust that digital transformation enables PCFs to operate more safely and effectively, and to better serve their communities, with the continuous support and companionship of Co-opBank.
