On the morning of December 25, 2025, the Co-operative Bank Ha Tinh Branch held a formal inauguration ceremony for the Nghi Xuan Transaction Office, located at No. 38 Nguyen Du street, Tien Dien commune, Ha Tinh province.
The ceremony was attended by distinguished representatives from the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) Region 8 and affiliated organizations, including Mr. Nguyen Van Trung, Deputy Director of SBV Region 8; Mr. Le Dang Phuc, Vice Chairman of the Ha Tinh Provincial Cooperative Alliance; Mr. Nguyen Trong Van, Party Secretary of Dan Hai Commune; Mr. Phan Van Linh, Chairman of the People’s Committee of Tien Dien Commune; and representatives from the leadership of People’s Credit Funds (PCFs) in the area supported by the Co-opBank Ha Tinh branch.
Representing Co-operative Bank were Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hanh, Member of the Board of Directors; Mr. To Hoai Thanh, Deputy General Director; senior leaders from various Head Office departments and the Board of Management of the Co-operative Bank Ha Tinh branch; as well as leadership representatives from the Co-opBank Nghe An and Quang Binh branches.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Trung, Deputy Director of SBV Region 8, acknowledged and commended the significant efforts of the Co-operative Bank Ha Tinh branch in recent years. Ha Tinh branch has consistently expanded its scale and market share, progressively strengthening its reputation in terms of financial capacity, human resources, technological infrastructure, and the development of banking products and services in the region.
“The establishment and commencement of operations of the Nghi Xuan Transaction Office will not only enhance the operational capacity of the Branch but also create favorable conditions for Co-operative Bank to further fulfill its role as the bank serving the PCFs in the region. This includes providing timely support for capital management, professional guidance, and ensuring operational safety. Ha Tinh branch should continue to strictly adhere to SBV regulations, strengthen risk management, and improve service quality, thereby contributing positively to the stable and sustainable development of the PCFs in the area,” Mr. Nguyen Van Trung emphasized.

At the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hanh, Member of the Board of Directors of Co-operative Bank, on behalf of the Co-operative Bank Board of Management, extended congratulations to the Co-opBank Ha Tinh branch and emphasized that the inauguration of the Nghi Xuan Transaction Office represents a significant milestone in Co-operative Bank’s strategic roadmap to expand and strengthen its network in alignment with the institution’s development objectives for the 2025–2030 period. Nghi Xuan Transaction Office will not only enhance the branch’s service capacity but also create favorable conditions for Co-opBank to further strengthen its role in connecting with, supporting, and partnering with the PCFs network in the region.
Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hanh expressed confidence that, with a well-trained staff and close coordination with local PCFs, the Nghi Xuan Transaction Office will operate effectively, contributing to the safe and efficient circulation of capital while meeting the requirements of local economic development.

Also at the ceremony, Mr. Doan Trong Huan, Director of the Co-operative Bank Ha Tinh branch, expressed his sincere gratitude to the Co-operative Bank Board of Management, SBV Region 8, and local authorities. He affirmed that the leadership and staff of the Co-opBank Ha Tinh branch and the Nghi Xuan Transaction Office are committed to serving clients’ transactional needs and delivering products and services in a convenient, professional, timely, and accurate manner. The office will partner with the locality in expanding safe credit access, supporting production and business activities, and serving the community’s livelihood needs. He also emphasized that the branch will consistently place PCFs and customers at the center of its operations, uphold professional standards, enhance service quality, and build a friendly, modern, and efficient brand image. The office will continuously innovate and apply technological solutions to deliver optimal experiences for customers and the PCFs network in the region, thereby contributing to local socio-economic development.
