On December 19, 2025, the Co-operative Bank of Vietnam (Co-opBank) Bac Giang branch solemnly held the inauguration ceremony of Transaction Office No. 2 at No. 162 Truong Chinh street, Hiep Hoa commune, Bac Ninh province.
Attending the ceremony on behalf of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) – Region 12 and related agencies were Ms. Le Thi Hoang Ha, Deputy Director of SBV Region 12; Mr. Nguyen Van Trinh, Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee of Hiep Hoa Commune; together with representatives of the People’s Credit Funds (PCFs) in the area.
Representing Co-opBank were Mr. Nguyen Quoc Cuong – Chairman of the Board of Directors; Ms. Pham Thi Hong Minh – Member of the Board of Directors and General Director; members of the Board of Directors, the Board of Management, the Supervisory Board; along with leaders of several units from the Head Office and the Management Board of Co-opBank Bac Giang branch.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Cuong, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Co-opBank congratulated Co-opBank Bac Giang branch and emphasized that the inauguration of Transaction Office No. 2 represents an important step in the roadmap to expand and complete Co-opBank’s network in line with its development orientation for the 2025–2030 period. Transaction Office No. 2 not only enhances the Branch’s service capacity but also creates favorable conditions for Co-opBank to strengthen its role in connecting, supporting, and accompanying the PCF system in the area. Mr. Nguyen Quoc Cuong expressed his confidence that, with a well-trained staff and close coordination with the PCFs, Transaction Office No. 2 will operate effectively, contributing to the safe and efficient circulation of capital and meeting the local socio-economic development needs.

At the ceremony, Ms. Le Thi Hoang Ha – Deputy Director of the SBV Region 12, acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of Co-opBank Bac Giang branch in implementing the policy of network expansion and putting Transaction Office No. 2 into operation in compliance with regulations, meeting management and service requirements in the locality. She emphasized that the establishment and operation of Transaction Office No. 2 not only enhance the Branch’s operational capacity but also create favorable conditions for Co-opBank to further fulfill its role as the bank of the PCF system, providing timely support in liquidity balancing, professional guidance, and ensuring operational safety. At the same time, she urged Co-opBank Bac Giang branch to continue strictly complying with SBV regulations, strengthening risk management, and improving service quality, thereby contributing positively to the stable and sustainable development of the PCFs network in the area.
