Co-opBank Ha Nam Branch Inaugurates Transaction Office No. 1

On December 16, 2025, the Co-operative Bank of Vietnam (Co-opBank) Ha Nam Branch solemnly held the inauguration ceremony of Transaction Office No. 1 in Hamlet 1, Mai Xa, Vinh Tru commune, Ninh Binh province.

Attending the inauguration ceremony on the side of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) Region 7 and related units were Mr. Ngo Lam Son – Deputy Director of SBV Region 7; Mr. Nguyen Kim Cuong – Vice Chairman of the Vinh Tru Commune People’s Committee; representatives of the leadership of the Vinh Tru Commune Police; and representatives of the leadership of 12 People’s Credit Funds (PCFs) in the locality.

On the Co-opBank side, attendees included Mr. Nguyen Quoc Cuong – Chairman of the Board of Directors; Ms. Pham Thi Hong Minh – Member of the Board of Directors and General Director; members of the Board of Directors, the Board of General Directors, and the Supervisory Board; together with leaders of several units from the Head Office and the Management Board of the Co-opBank Ha Nam branch.

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Cuong – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Co-opBank – extended his congratulations to the Co-opBank Ha Nam branch at the inauguration ceremony of Transaction Office No. 1.

With his remarks, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Cuong – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Co-opBank congratulated the Co-opBank Ha Nam branch and affirmed that the establishment of Transaction Office No. 1 not only meets the requirement for expanding the operational network but also creates an important additional pillar for Co-opBank to strengthen its accompaniment and support for the PCFs in the locality. As a direct connecting unit, Transaction Office No. 1 will perform advisory, professional guidance, and operational support functions for neighboring PCFs, contributing to ensuring that capital flows are operated safely and effectively, in line with the SBV’s management orientation, Co-opBank’s development strategy, and local socio-economic development requirements.

At the ceremony, Mr. Ngo Lam Son – Deputy Director of SBV Region 7 acknowledged and highly appreciated the role and responsibility of the Co-opBank Ha Nam branch in accompanying the PCFs network, particularly in capital coordination, professional support, and ensuring operational safety. He assessed that the inauguration of Transaction Office No. 1 is a necessary development step, contributing to the completion of Co-opBank’s operational network in the area, enhancing service effectiveness for PCFs and customers, and creating favorable conditions for the deployment of modern banking products and services in line with SBV management requirements and the network’s sustainable development orientation.
