On the morning of December 1, the Co-operative Bank of Vietnam (Co-opBank) Nam Dinh branch officially inaugurated Transaction Office No. 3 in Hamlet 15, Xuan Truong commune, Ninh Binh province.
Attending the inauguration ceremony were distinguished guests including Mr. Dang Van Kim, Deputy Director of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) region 7; Mr. Pham Duy Chinh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Xuan Truong commune; representatives from the leadership of the Ninh Binh Provincial Cooperative Alliance; and representatives from the leadership of 42 People’s Credit Funds (PCFs) in the region.
From Co-opBank, attendees included Mr. Nguyen Quoc Cuong, Chairman of the Board of Directors; Ms. Pham Thi Hong Minh, Member of the Board of Directors and General Director; members of the Board of Directors, the Executive Board, and the Supervisory Board; as well as leaders from several departments of the Head Office and Co-opBank Nam Dinh branch.
In his remarks at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Cuong, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Co-opBank, congratulated Co-opBank Nam Dinh branch and emphasized that the establishment of Transaction Office No. 3 holds strategic significance in enhancing access to and support for PCFs. Specifically, Transaction Office No. 3 will serve as the focal point for providing advisory services and operational support to 28 PCFs in the southern region of the former Nam Dinh province, while contributing to the promotion of safe and efficient financial and credit activities in alignment with the directives of the SBV, Co-opBank, and local socio-economic development objectives.

In his remarks at the Inauguration Ceremony, Mr. Dang Van Kim, Deputy Director of SBV Region 7, commended the proactive efforts of Co-opBank Nam Dinh branch and called upon Transaction Office No. 3 to maintain full compliance with legal regulations, strengthen capital mobilization, improve credit quality, and enhance effective risk management. He further emphasized the importance of building a team of officers with strong professional competence, ethics, and a high sense of responsibility. Additionally, he encouraged the unit to intensify communication efforts, expand customer outreach, and enhance the quality of its products and services to better meet the needs of PCFs, businesses, and individuals in the locality.
