On the morning of 13 November 2025, in response to the damage caused by Typhoon No.13, the Co-opBank Quang Binh Branch in coordination with the Central Region Representative Office of the Vietnam Association of People’s Credit Funds (VAPCF), under the authorization of VAPCF, presented the support to Tay Loc PCF in Hue City.
Attend the ceremony, Mr. Pham Ba Nam – Deputy Director of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) Region 9 Branch. From Co-opBank Quang Binh Branch was Mr. Phan Xuan Hung – Branch director; and from the VAPCF Office was Mr. Nguyen Van Ve – Member of the Central region representative office and Director of Thuy Xuan PCF (Hue City). Representing Tay Loc PCF was Ms. Le Thi Nga – Chairwoman of the Board of Directors.
At the ceremony, Ms. Le Thi Nga – Chairwoman of the BoD of Tay Loc PCF, expressed her profound gratitude for the timely attention and support from the VAPCF Office, IT Co. under VAPCF, Co-opBank Quang Binh branch, the Central region representative office, as well as member PCFs. She emphasized the support from not only provided material assistance but also served as a great source of encouragement, helping Tay Loc PCF strengthen its confidence to overcome difficulties, restore operations, and recover from the impacts of the typhoon and flooding.
On behalf of the SBV Region 9 branch, Mr. Pham Ba Nam – Branch deputy director, shared: As a unit operating in Hue City, we fully understand the losses and challenges Tay Loc PCF has been facing during and after the recent storms and floods. SBV, the VAPCF office, the VAPCF Central region representative Office and the IT Co. under VAPCF, Co-opBank Quang Binh branch, and member PCFs consider supporting local institutions not only a responsibility but also an expression of solidarity with the PCF. We hope that with the joint support PCFs nationwide in general and those in the area in particular, Tay Loc PCF will soon overcome the damage and stabilize its operations.
The support activity for Tay Loc PCF is a practical action that reflects the spirit of mutual assistance and solidarity within the PCFs network and Co-opBank. This timely support not only helps Tay Loc PCF recover and resume operations but also spreads a strong humanitarian message about unity and sustainable development across the PCFs network nationwide.
