Speaking at the dialogue, Mr. Mai Van Uy – Secretary of the Party Cell, Director of Co-opBank Nam Dinh Branch recalled the historical traditions associated with the former Ha Nam Ninh region and the process of establishing the new Ninh Binh province following the merger policy of the 15th National Assembly. He emphasized: “Over more than 30 years of construction and development, Co-opBank (formerly the Central People’s Credit Fund) has affirmed its important role in supporting the growth of PCFs, accompanying the collective economy and rural development in Vietnam. Entering the digital era, Co-opBank Branches must focus more on innovation and modernization of digital banking services, thereby expanding service capacity for member PCFs, enhancing competitiveness, while contributing to curbing informal lending in rural areas. This is not only a strategic task but also a responsibility and commitment of every officer, Party member, and trade union member across the system. The dialogue among Branches directly addressed the issues of great concern and practical significance, contributing to shaping the development of digital banking products and services in the coming time.”
The dialogue provided diverse perspectives on digital transformation trends in the financial and banking sector. Many practical ideas and solutions were shared by officers and employees from the three Branches. Discussions focused on the development of digital banking services, the application of technology to enhance management efficiency, and better serve members and customers, while also outlining specific directions to mitigate future challenges.

In a warm and friendly atmosphere, the leadership team together with all officers and employees of the three Branches shared a simple meal, reflecting solidarity and close bonds.
