On August 8, 2025, a working delegation from the Co-operative Bank of Vietnam (Co-opBank), led by Ms. Pham Thi Hong Minh – Member of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer – visited Co-opBank Lam Dong Branch to review its operations, set out orientations for future tasks, and discuss solutions to enhance the effectiveness of fulfilling the role as the bank of the People’s Credit Funds (PCFs) in the locality.

Joining the delegation were Mr. To Hoai Thanh – Deputy CEO – along with leaders from several departments at Co-opBank’s Head Office. On the Lam Dong Branch side, the meeting was attended by the Management team, heads of professional divisions, and all staff members.
At the working session, Mr. Le Minh Dat – Director of Co-opBank Lam Dong Branch – on behalf of the Branch’s Board of Directors, reported on the unit’s recent operations and provided some information on the activities of the PCFs under the Branch’s management.
As part of the program, a solemn ceremony was held in the Branch’s Hall to announce the Decision of the Chairman of the Board of Directors on the re-appointment of Mr. Le Minh Dat as Branch Director – an important event not only for the unit’s staff but also as a motivation for the Branch to successfully accomplish its strategic goals.

This re-appointment is the Co-opBank leadership’s recognition of Mr. Le Minh Dat’s contributions, efforts, and achievements in recent years, particularly in management, ensuring safe and effective credit growth, and fostering a united and professional working environment.
In his acceptance speech, Mr. Le Minh Dat expressed his honor and sincere thanks to Co-opBank’s leadership for their trust, attention, and support; he also thanked all staff at the Branch for their constant companionship and encouragement. He affirmed: “will continue to build on the achievements attained, make the best use of all resources and opportunities, and especially focus on effectively fulfilling the role as the focal point for linking and supporting the People’s Credit Funds in the area, accompanying the PCFs to enhance operational efficiency and better meet the capital needs of their members. The Branch will continue to uphold the tradition of solidarity, creativity, discipline, and responsibility, striving to exceed the 2025 targets and in the years ahead.”

Delivering guidance at the meeting, Ms. Pham Thi Hong Minh – CEO of Co-opBank – congratulated Mr. Le Minh Dat on his re-appointment and highly appreciated the performance of Co-opBank Lam Dong Branch in recent years. The CEO emphasized that the Branch must continue to follow the overall development orientation of the system, particularly in fulfilling its role as the bank of the PCFs in the locality, ensuring safe, timely, and effective service provision, meeting the capital and financial service needs of member PCFs.
Ms. Pham Thi Hong Minh also requested the Branch to be proactive in innovation and creativity, promote technology application, strengthen risk control, capitalize on local advantages, and build a professional and dedicated staff team to comprehensively accomplish business targets and assigned political tasks.
