On August 8, 2025, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Cuong – Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Co-operative Bank of Vietnam (Co-opBank) – visited and worked at the new office of the Card & Digital Banking Services Center and the Hoang Dao Thuy Transaction Office under the Head Office Branch, located at N04 Building, Hoang Dao Thuy Street, Yen Hoa Ward, Hanoi City.
Attending the visit were members of the Board of Directors, the Executive Board, the Supervisory Board, heads of departments at Co-opBank’s Head Office, as well as the leadership and staff of the Card & Digital Banking Services Center and the So Giao dich Branch.
At the Card & Digital Banking Services Center, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Cuong – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Co-opBank – was briefed by the Center’s leadership on its operations, infrastructure, technology solutions under implementation, and the future development orientation for card and digital banking products and services. The Chairman highly appreciated the efforts in upgrading systems, enhancing security, expanding utilities, and improving user experience, affirming that this is one of Co-opBank’s strategic focuses in the digital era.
The delegation then visited the Hoang Dao Thuy Transaction Office under the Head Office Branch, which has recently been equipped with modern, well-invested facilities to improve customer service quality. Here, the Chairman recognized the professional working spirit and dedicated service attitude of the staff.
In his instructions at the working session, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Cuong – Chairman of the Board of Directors emphasized: “The Card & Digital Banking Services Center must continue to innovate and strongly apply modern technology to bring customers convenient, safe, and differentiated products and services. The Hoang Dao Thuy Transaction Office under the So Giao dich Branch must take advantage of the new facilities, improve service quality, and use customer satisfaction as the measure of effectiveness. These are key highlights in the strategy to build Co-opBank into a modern, friendly, and sustainably developing bank.”
This visit and working session demonstrated the close attention of Co-opBank’s leadership to the operations of its affiliated units and served as strong encouragement for all staff to continue promoting solidarity and creativity, contributing to the successful implementation of the bank’s comprehensive digital transformation goals.
