On July 30, 2025, at the Head Office of the Vietnam Association of People’s Credit Funds (VAPCF), the Party Committee of the Co-operative Bank of Vietnam (Co-opBank) solemnly held a ceremony to award the 30-year Party membership badge to Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Thanh – Deputy Secretary General of VAPCF, a Party member of the VAPCF Party Cell under the Party Committee of Co-opBank.
Attending the ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Quoc Cuong – Member of the Party Committee of the State Bank of Vietnam, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Co-opBank, and Chairman of VAPCF; members of the Party Executive Committee of Co-opBank; leaders of relevant Departments and Committees at Co-opBank Head Office. From VAPCF, Mr. Nguyen Duc Dung – Secretary General, along with representatives from the Trade Union, Youth Union, and all Party members of the VAPCF Party Cell also attended the ceremony.
At the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Thanh – Deputy Secretary General of VAPCF – was honored to receive the 30-year Party membership badge, which was awarded by Mr. Nguyen Quoc Cuong – Member of the Party Committee of the State Bank of Vietnam, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Co-opBank, and Chairman of VAPCF, on behalf of the Party Committee of the State Bank of Vietnam. This is a noble reward from the Party, recognizing Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Thanh’s continuous efforts, dedication, and contributions throughout her 30 years of Party membership. In every position held, she has always strived to excellently fulfill her assigned duties. This is not only a personal joy and honor for Party member Nguyen Thi Kim Thanh, but also a shared pride for the entire VAPCF Party Cell.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Cuong – Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Co-opBank, and Chairman of VAPCF – praised the outstanding achievements of Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Thanh. He expressed his hope that she would continue to uphold her sense of responsibility and serve as a shining example for younger generations of Party members to follow. Mr. Nguyen Quoc Cuong also emphasized that the VAPCF Party Cell, which was recognized as a clean and strong Party Cell in 2024, has demonstrated the role of VAPCF as the common home of the system. Notably, the VAPCF Party Cell has two Party members in the Secretariat who have been awarded the 30-year Party membership badge, forming a solid foundation for other Party members to strive, contribute wisdom and capacity, and fulfill their assigned functions and duties.
Also at the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Thanh expressed her honor and pride in receiving the 30-year Party membership badge, and sincerely thanked the Executive Committee of the Co-opBank Party Committee, as well as her comrades and colleagues in the VAPCF Party Cell for their constant support and assistance, which enabled her to successfully fulfill her duties. She also pledged to continue upholding the fine qualities of a Party member, worthy of the 30-year Party badge, contributing to building a clean and strong Party organization.
In this joyful atmosphere, the VAPCF Party Cell also solemnly held a Party admission ceremony for two outstanding individuals: Ms. Dai Thi Viet Ha and Ms. Mai Thi Hong.
