Recently in Hanoi, the Banking Academy held the 2025 Job Fair – Bridging Talent and Opportunity, with the participation of numerous financial institutions, banks, employers, and thousands of students. This is one of the most prominent annual events for students, organized by the Banking Academy continuously since 2012. Over more than a decade, the fair has become a reputable meeting point, effectively connecting students with employers in the banking and finance sector.
Mr. To Hoai Thanh, Deputy General Director of Co-opBank, received a commemorative medal from the Banking Academy at the 2025 Job Fair – Bridging Talent and Opportunity.
The Job Fair not only served as a platform for sharing recruitment information but also offered a variety of practical activities such as mock interviews, career counseling, and experience-sharing seminars. These activities aimed to help Banking Academy students enhance their skills and gain a better understanding of labor market demands.
Over the years, Co-opBank has accompanied the Banking Academy and the Job Fair, and in 2025, the Bank continued to support the event as a Silver Sponsor. This was also an opportunity for Co-opBank to promote its brand image and seek out talented young professionals who align with its development orientation.
Co-opBank has maintained a strong partnership with the Banking Academy for many years. Notably, in 2023, the collaboration between the two institutions reached a new milestone with the signing of a Cooperation Agreement. This agreement aims to strengthen their long-standing and positive relationship through a range of activities, including support for training programs, scholarship sponsorships, event organization, academic research, internship programs, and recruitment initiatives. It also opens up new opportunities for both parties to leverage their strengths and support one another in their ongoing development.
