From October 5 to 12pm on October 21, Co-opbank organizes an online photo and video clip contest with the theme “Co-opBank sends love to half of the World” for officials, union members and employees in the system. This is an activity to celebrate Vietnamese Women’s Day on October 20 and the 92nd anniversary of the Vietnamese Women’s Union (October 20, 1930 – October 20, 2022).
The contest aims to preserve images and video clips recording meaningful activities and moments with the aim of honoring the good traditional values of Vietnamese women in general and Co-opBank female employees in particular; contribute to enhancing the role and status of Vietnamese women.
Regarding the specifications, for the contest photo, it is a digital image file in JPEG or JPG format; not integrated into album form; do not leave borders on the image; no editing, cutting; Minimum size 2MB/file. Video clips for the contest can be recorded with cameras or smartphones, demonstrating image quality, creativity and inspiration; Video clip length: up to 03 minutes’/video clip.
The works must be taken and filmed between September 1, 2022 and now, and have never won any prizes in other competitions. An illustrative quote for a work with content that acknowledges emotions, explanatory commentary on the author’s ideas and related information in Vietnamese with accents, Unicode font of no more than 150 words.
Co-opBank encourages works that having participation of large number of union members and employees to also the costumes are Co-opBank uniforms.
Time to receive works contest starts from October 5 to 12:00 on October 21, 2022. The judges of the competition independently score the works according to criteria such as layout, technique, emotion, right topic,. and publish qualified works on the fanpage of Co-opBank for voting from October 22 to October 26, 2022. Co-opBank employees and others can access Co-opBank fanpage through the link: https://www.facebook.com/nganhanghoptac, choose their favorite photos and vote. Each “like”, “comment” is equivalent to 01 point, and each “share” is equivalent to 02 points. The final results will be based on the evaluation and scoring of the judges along with the number of votes and shares.
Besides the great significance of the contest, the prize structure is quite attractive, which includes: 01 First prize: 5,000,000 VND; 02 Second prizes: 3,000,000 VND/prize; 03 Third prizes: 2,000,000 VND/prize; 10 consolation prizes: 500,000 VND/prize. Besides, there is also 1 prize for the most voted photo on the fanpage worth 500,000 VND.
The content must match the theme of the contest. The author is solely responsible for the copyright of the submitted works.
Members of contest judges, and the secretariat are not allowed to participate in the contest. The organizers have the right to use the contested works and the title content of those works in the general activities and notify the author about the purpose of use. At the same time, they have the right to remove the works that do not match the criteria of the contest; cancellation and withdrawal of the prize if it is found that the submitted photo work violates the rules of the contest.
The list of prizes and winning works will be posted on the Co-opBank fanpage on October 31, 2022.
Photos and videos must be registered with the Trade Union via congdoancoopbank@gmail.com. Eligible works include: File photo, video clip; Scanned copy and word version of registration for the exam; The names of the works are set according to the following rules: Branch Name + Order of photos/video clips.
