From the July 1, 2022, customers can use the Co-opBank Mobile Banking application to pay online for public services through the National Public Service Portal.
Along with the determination to continuously increase more products, services and utilities to meet the needs of customers, from July 1, 2022, Co-opBank officially launched the online payment method using VietQR code on the National Public Service Portal. By scanning the VietQR code on the page of the National Public Service Portal, customers can make convenient and simple online payment transactions for public services without having to go directly to agencies and administrative units. This is the result of the cooperation between Co-opBank and the National Payment Corporation of Vietnam (NAPAS) to expand the Napas247 Fast Money Transfer Service with the VietQR code on Co-opBank Mobile Banking application.
Napas247 fast money transfer service by using VietQR code on Co-opBank Mobile Banking application is one of the Co-opbank’s deployed products in the journey to implement resolution No. 36a/NQ-CP dated December 14, 2015 of the Government on e-Government; along with the goal assigned by the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) which is providing level 4 online public service payment for people and businesses.
Through QR Service/QR Money Transfer service on Co-opBank Mobile Banking application, customers implement online payments for public services through the National Public Service Portal such as: payments for social insurance premium, real estate tax traffic violation fines, advance of court fees, personal tax declaration, electricity bills and administrative fines and etc.
To use the Napas247 money transfer service with VietQR code for online payment on the National Public Service Portal, customers only need to register and use the Co-opBank Mobile Banking service. Accordingly, customers can access the address https://dichvucong.gov.vn/, select a payment profile and choose a payment method via NAPAS to scan VietQR code using Co-opBank mobile banking applications. Payment by scanning VietQR code is done quickly, easily and anytime, anywhere around the clock, including holidays.
