In order to enhance customer’s experience, providing new facilities in money transfer and contactless payment, Co-operative Bank of Vietnam (Co-opBank) has cooperated with National Payment Corporation of Vietnam (Napas) deploys QR Code quick money transfer service – this is a new and modern transaction method with many benefits and suitable for all customers without incurring any fee.
The QR code money transfer service allows customers to transfer money from their account to another account at Co-opBank or other bank in the Napas network at any time by scanning the private QR Code of the receiver.
Each individual’s QR code is encrypted payment information including account number, beneficiary bank, amount, money transfer content, helping to initiate a money transfer order accurately, quickly and safely. Customers can create a personal QR Code right on the Co-opBank Mobile Banking application and provide this QR code to the transferor.
Using it, customers who need to make a payment or transfer money to another bank account, do not need to enter beneficiary information in the traditional way, yet easily transfer money with a few simple steps on the Co-opbank mobile banking app: customers only need to scan the QR code, their bank information will automatically display. It helps reduce operations as well as reduce risks for customers.
Not only in money transfer transactions, QR Codes is also convenient in payment transactions for purchasing goods. Accordingly, retailers can easily receive money from their customer through printing a QR code placed at the payment counter, mounted on online store or sending a QR code image to their clients, making the payment simpler and more accurate.
Along with the fast money transfer service Napas 247, the method of transferring money by QR code on Co-opBank Mobile Banking application can be done anytime, anywhere including weekends or holidays with a transaction limit of less than 500 million VND. It also helps customers feel comfortable while shopping and enjoying other useful services.
