On July 27, 2020, at Co-opBank’s head office, Party Committee, Board of Directors, Board of Managers, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union, the Youth Union held a solemn meeting to celebrate the 73rd Anniversary of the War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day (July 27, 1947 – July 27, 2020).

Over the past years, Co-opBank has made great efforts to organize activities to support social activities, charity, for the community to ease the pain of past wars.
Speaking at the meeting, Secretary of the Party Committee and Co-opBank’s Chairman – Mr. Nguyen Quoc Cuong said: “There is no act of gratitude more practical and higher than better in your own job in the Co-opBank system; solidarity, labor, using your best wisdom, enthusiasm and responsibility, contributing to Co-opBank and the PCFs system”.
Mr. Nguyen Quoc Cuong emphasized: “Co-opBank must be determined to complete the assigned political tasks, develop Co-opBank and the PCFs safely and sustainably through innovative breakthroughs and effective solutions. These are the most beautiful and highest qualities, the most practical and meaningful actions in return for the sacrifices of the previous class, heroes, martyrs and wounded soldiers”.
In the afternoon of the same day, Co-opBank’s representatives placed a memorial wreath at the Hanoi Martyrs Cemetery. Here, the delegation offered a wreath written “Eternal gratitude to heroes and martyrs” and lit incense to pay tribute.
